Connect with parents who understand the full responsibility of solo parenting.
Find connection with other single parents who have a child between 0-12 months old who understand your experience, share challenges and wins openly, and build a supportive community you can rely on as you navigate this chapter of parenting.

Parenting solo means carrying both the visible and invisible parts of family life, often without a built-in sounding board. Single Parent groups provide an opportunity to connect with others doing the same, where you can speak freely about the realities of single parenting. Find support, perspective, and community with parents who truly get it.
Groups are open to those who identify as a single parent or caregiver with a baby aged 0-12 months. Children are welcome to attend.
These groups are offered virtually so you can join from the comfort of your own home.
In this weekly group, you'll join a small, steady circle of up to 10 single parents who understand the pace and pressure of doing it all. There's no need to explain your situation—others already get it.
A trained facilitator helps keep conversations moving, but the real value comes from shared stories, practical ideas, and mutual support.
Discussions center on the day-to-day realities of raising a child on your own. Topics may include decision-making without a partner, managing time and energy, co-parenting (when applicable), and building reliable support systems.
You’ll also explore personal wellbeing, identity, and ways to create stability and connection for both you and your child.
I wanted to sincerely thank you for the single parents group I participated in a few years ago. Connecting with other single parents through your program made me feel less alone and more ‘normal’ in this journey. I was also fortunate to form a meaningful friendship through the group, which has been a great source of support.

To eliminate financial barriers, we offer a range of flexible program fee options, allowing families to choose an amount that fits their budget while keeping fees accessible for all.
As a nonprofit, we encourage you to select Option A if you are able.
If you are unable to afford one of the flexible pricing options, financial assistance can be provided through the support of our generous donors.
To apply, email PEPS staff.
PEPS is a nonprofit organization that does not receive government funding. Program fees make up approximately 30% of our annual budget and help ensure we can maintain high-quality programming and a dedicated staff team. The remaining 70% comes from donations by individuals, foundations, and businesses—which is why your support beyond the program fee matters so much.
Your program fee directly supports the programs you participate in—including training and support for Group Leaders, program materials, community partnerships, program evaluation, and the administrative costs that keep everything running. Fees are set based on program length, group size, and the level of facilitation and support involved.
One parent groups typically consist of 5–10 families. Groups that have a blend of one or two parent families attending typically consist of 4–8 families.
As soon as possible! Groups fill quickly, so register as soon as you can to secure the group of your choice. If groups have low enrollment, they may be cancelled. When families register early, we know that there is interest in the group.
When requests are made 2 weeks prior (or more) to the start of the group, a full refund will be given, minus the non-refundable registration fee which is equal to 10% of the program fee option you selected. No refunds will be given after the start of your PEPS group. Email us with any requests.
If your group is cancelled by PEPS for any reason, we will do our best to find you a different group or refund you in full.
