How We Partner

PEPS works with organizations in different ways depending on where you're located and who you serve.

Whether you're a community-based organization in our region, an employer looking to support working parents, or an organization serving families outside of King, Snohomish, or Pierce counties, there's a partnership model designed for you.

Ways to Bring the PEPS Model to Your Community

PEPS partnership models are tailored to fit your organization type and context. Explore these three pathways to find the right fit for your organization and the families you serve.

Local Community-Based Organization Partnerships

Local partnerships expand parent support deeper into our communities within the Puget Sound region.

We'll work closely with you to adapt our model to be culturally relevant and responsive to the families you serve—providing the curriculum, training, facilitation resources, and evaluation support to equip your team to lead groups with confidence.

It's a collaborative relationship built on listening and mutual learning, where your insights shape our approach as much as our tools shape yours.

In 2024, 209 parents were served through local community partnerships.

Organizations Serving Families Outside the PEPS Service Area Partnerships

Network partnerships allow PEPS to extend parent support beyond the Puget Sound region, bringing our evidence-informed model to organizations serving families across the country.

Available to nonprofits and small businesses, this partnership provides access to our curriculum, facilitation resources, training, and ongoing coaching through a licensing agreement—giving your organization everything it needs to offer parent support groups in your community.

Like our local partnerships, this is a collaborative relationship. We work with you to adapt our approach to fit your community's unique needs and the families you serve, while you bring the local knowledge, relationships, and leadership that makes the program come alive.

In 2024, 822 parents were reached through PEPS network partners across the country.

Workplace Partnerships

Workplace partnerships bring PEPS support directly to employees and their families, helping parents feel more connected and supported while balancing work and home life.

By offering groups within your organization, you invest in employee wellbeing, strengthen retention, and foster a more supportive, family-friendly workplace culture.
