Your gift helps keep PEPS accessible through flexible program fees, train, and support volunteer Group Leaders, and strengthen the programs and resources behind every PEPS Group. Donations also help PEPS partner with local community organizations to bring Groups to more families and communities across our region.
Your gift helps PEPS provide financial assistance for families who couldn’t otherwise participate, expand community partnerships to reach those facing the greatest barriers, train and support Group Leaders across three counties, and advocate for policies that make life easier for parents across Washington.
We greatly appreciate the work PEPS has done and is doing in the community. I recommend it to all new parents I run into. We had dinner recently with several people from our PEPS group, which started twenty-five years ago in February. Your organization has given our family an extended community that we and our children rely on.
My wife and I were fortunate to form several important friendships through our shared experience with PEPS, and I had a similarly impactful time facilitating a group last summer. Our inspiration to make a donation was the support PEPS provided us as first time parents, now 22 years ago, helping guide and connect us as parents in our early journey. There is no certification nor training required of us, as parents, to complete before we are handed the tremendous opportunity to raise a child.
PEPS steps in, surrounding new families with a community of fellow parents who are also navigating the challenges and joys of those early, shocking and tender days of parenting, shepherded by a seasoned guide. If only everyone had the opportunity PEPS provides.
