PEPS is building a movement where every parent feels connected, supported, and able to navigate parenting with confidence.
Our mission to connect parents to strengthen families and build community guides everything we do and where we’re headed. As we grow, we’re expanding access to what we've built, inviting donors and partners to be part of something larger.
Together, we're working towards a future where no parent is alone.
Our 2026–2028 Strategic Priorities focus on expanding equitable access to parent support, strengthening partnerships, and building long-term sustainability.
By deepening culturally responsive programming and increasing awareness, we aim to reach more families and ensure every parent has access to connection, support, and community.
We will invest in the training, tools, and experiences of leaders, partners, and alumni who build connection.
Goals:
Elevate the Leader experience through community, purpose and well-being.
Equip Partners for impact.
Build a thriving network of alumni, advocates, and leaders.
We will expand and adapt our programming to serve more families locally and nationally.
Goals:
Establish PEPS in Pierce County, starting with Tacoma.
Refine and expand the PEPS Affiliate Network nationally.
Offer flexible ways for families to connect.
We will shift the narrative so that connection and support are seen as essential to parenting and family well-being.
Goals:
Build the PEPS research base.
Reach more parents through resonant messaging and outreach.
Mobilize parents to change policy and culture.
We will strengthen our foundation to support long-term, values-aligned growth.
Goal:
Strengthen and expand revenue to fund strategic growth.
Invest in our team and culture to grow with intention.
Enhance operational infrastructure to support growth.
Our PEPS group is still going strong, and our children are 12 years old! We get together frequently and are closely bonded friends. PEPS has literally been life changing for me and my family! Thank you for all that you do for families!

I wanted to sincerely thank you for the single parents group I participated in a few years ago. Connecting with other single parents through your program made me feel less alone and more ‘normal’ in this journey. I was also fortunate to form a meaningful friendship through the group, which has been a great source of support.

We greatly appreciate the work PEPS has done and is doing in the community. I recommend it to all new parents I run into. We had dinner last night with several people from our PEPS group, which started twenty-five years ago in February. Your organization has given our family an extended community that we and our children rely on.

You can help us fulfill our mission of connecting parents to support in any of the below ways.
Find a PEPS Group and connect with other parents who understand what you're going through. Share experiences, learn with and from one another, and build the confidence and relationships that help you navigate the crucial stages of parenting.
Bring the PEPS model to your community or workplace. We work with community-based organizations, nonprofits, and businesses to expand access to the support, knowledge, and community parents need most.
There's a place for everyone at PEPS, whether you have a little time or a lot. Volunteer, advocate, or share your skills. Your contribution helps more parents access the support, knowledge, and community they need to feel confident and connected. Every person who gets involved makes PEPS stronger.
Participant fees help sustain our programs, but they don't cover the full cost. Your donation makes it possible to expand access, reach more families, and go deeper in the work, ensuring more parents have the connection, knowledge, and support they need to thrive.
Get helpful parenting insights, community stories, and updates so you can stay connected, informed, and supported during your parenting journey.
